The November 4, 2014 Election is being held for the purpose of electing candidates to the below listed federal, state, county and township positions, and for voting on the proposals listed below:

PROPOSAL 14-1 - A referendum of Public Act 520 of 2012, establishing a hunting season for wolves and authorizing annual wolf hunting seasons.
PROPOSAL 14-2 - A referendum of Public Act 21 of 2013, granting the Natural Resources Commission to the power to designate wolves and certain other animals as game without legislative action.
WASHTENAW COUNTY PROPOSAL
Proposition to renew the increase in the tax limitation for parks and recreation for the purpose of planning, acquiring, developing, operating and maintaining parks and recreation places and facilities in Washtenaw County for the benefit of Washtenaw County citizens.

Dexter Township Polling Locations are Handicap Accessible.
Voting instructions are available in alternative formats (audio & Braille) on request
Absent Voter Ballots may be obtained through the Clerk's Office by presenting or mailing an Absent Voter Ballot Request that is signed by the applicant. Requests to mail a ballot must be delivered to the Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, 2014. Absent Voter Ballot Requests delivered to the Clerk's Office on Monday, November 3, 2014, must be voted in person on that day.
